To drive from Castlebar, take the R311 from Castlebar to Newport into Newport town. Cross the junction and follow the road along the river. Anchor house is the third house on the right and clearly sign posted.
From Westport take the N59 to Newport, then turn left immediately after crossing the bridge. Anchor house is the thirdhouse on the right and clearly sign posted.
The nearest Train and Bus Stations are 12 km away in Westport. Bus route 52 and 411 runs from Westport to Newport.
The nearest airport is in Knock International Airport, which is 64 km from Newport.
